Return & Refund Policy

At Nordic Rêverie, we want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, not broken and in their original condition.

  • Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at info@nordicreverie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions by email.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it to the return address provided.

  4. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is confirmed.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.
