At Nordic Rêverie, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer EU shipping and international shipping. 

- Free shipping on all orders.

All orders shipped with track & trace.
Delivered in 3–8 working days across Europe. And international take 1-2 weeks.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code so you can follow your parcel’s journey on our tracking page.

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Nordic Rêverie is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
